Assembly with Ms Matthews - Acting in the West End

Mrs Matthews came into Offham on Tuesday to tell us all about her career in acting and on the stage. She told us how Cosette from Les Misérables sparked her passion for acting. She then went to a drama specialist secondary school where she did 60% academic and 40% acting and drama. They were long days until 6.30pm.We saw all the shows and plays that she has been part of - The Witches, Miss Saigon and Evita.

We had some excellent questions from KS2 like "What does it feel like when you're on the stage?" and "What show are you acting in now?"
